Why would you want to survive a storm?

Lol, ADA complaint. Just get a running start with your wheelchair and launch yourself in.
FEMA compliance, wtf does that mean lol. It abandons poor people?

Great quality, very durable,easy installation.

It was an easy installation... took about a day.. very well built

We finally decided upon an in ground in the garage. You do not have to move the car because the door slides and there is plenty of room to climb down in. It does not flood because we are up on a hill compared to the street. It took a half day to install and it was very reasonable in cost. I highly recommend Flat Safe as a product and company.

Bought there entry-level storm shelter. Very well made.Great customer service and always called back if answered. Glad we Bought from them.

The shelter is great, and the installation team did a good job. The only issue we had was with the scheduling team. I was supposed to get it done on a Monday and apparently I was not on their schedule. Thankfully they were able to install it on the following day.

With the weather being crazy, it’s a good feeling to know that we have a safe place to go. We have been in it twice so far. It seats to people very well, but it can fit 4 people as we found out. I had a local contractor pick it up and installed for only $500. If you have a new build, make sure a contractor marks all the wires and pipes that run through out the cement. It’s anchored and ready if we need it.

This shelter was a must have for us. Solid iron construction as advertised. Hopefully we never have to use it. But it definitely gives you that peace of mind.
